Submission of completed applications begins Monday ,November 15, 2021–Friday, December 17,  2021. Applications may be dropped at the office on Mondays 3pm-6pm, Wednesday sand Fridays 10am-2pm or you can schedule an appointment by calling (765)649-4260. No applications will be accepted after 2pm on Friday, December 17, 2021.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA

  1. Need for adequate housing

    1. Current housing is inadequate or too expensive

    2. Unable to obtain a conventionalmortgage

  2. Ability to pay the Habitat mortgage

    1. Steady income within the guidelines below

    2. No unpaid liens or judgments

  3. Willingness to partner with Habitat

  1. Fulfill all partnership requirements for Habitat homeownership, such as:

  1. Complete sweat equity

  2. Participate in homeowner education classes

  3. Contribute down payment

  4. Live where Habitat is working
