Once we have dates set for the next application period we will reach out to everyone on the list with information concerning community meetings to explain the program and dates that applications can be picked up and when they are due.

Homeowner Selection Criteria
- Need for adequate housing
- Current housing is inadequate or too expensive
- Unable to obtain a conventional mortgage
- Ability to pay the Habitat mortgage
- Steady income within the guidelines
- No unpaid liens or judgments
- Current on all recurring bills and utilities
- No unpaid liens or judgements
- Have not declared bankruptcy in the last 24 months
- Have not had a real estate foreclosure in the last 5 years
- Willingness to partner with Habitat by fulfilling partnership requirements
- Complete sweat equity
- Participate in homeowner financial education classes
- Contribute $500 down payment
- Live where Habitat is working
